Today is May 8, 2025. We moved in February 5, 2025. In the few months we’ve lived here at DWRM I couldn’t be happier. I love the community pool. We’ve met such lovely people at both the pool and clubhouse functions. The bands that have played in the breezeway on warm evenings have been fabulous and fun! I hope that continues because we are music lovers! Trivia and karaoke nights have been well organized and super fun too.<br>This is exactly the lifestyle I wanted for us in our later years. A big shout out to Ethan. He was the first person we met within the DWRM organization and set the tone and vibe for us. Fun guy!<br>If you’re looking for security…and a low maintenance lifestyle, this could be the place for you, too.<br>Best wishes.

We love living in Del Webb at Rancho Mirage! We enjoy both the home and community. For the small issues we have had our Del Webb Customer Care person has provided excellent support and taken care of us.

We have now owned our lovely Rancho Mirage home for a year and our very pleased with it. We are grateful for the one year warranty… and it was very helpful to hire an outside inspector to correct issues with the windows and roof that we did not notice. The solar panels work great. We love the community design, trails and clubhouse amenities. We are excited to potentially be part of a blue zone community!! Our neighbors have been great!!
