I couldn’t give 4.5 star so I’ll give the 5 star. The facility is nice, very large, clean (only smells in hallways when rooms are being cleaned out) everyone I went there was hardly any smells. The staff was amazing to my mom. She as a RN herself would assess what’s happening around her and describe things for me to assess going forward. Considering the staffing(the only reason I would give 4.5 star) of 12-14 patients per CNA/RN they did extremely well servicing patients. Again rooms are cleaned pretty well. So whether I pop at 2pm or 6pm I never caught them off guard. Mom complaint was food wasn’t very tasty, but to me that is expected when you come from a home with a daughter who’s a chef. So if you want a place that is safe for your parents where you can rest at night knowing they are in great hands. Send them to Rambling Oaks. It’s worth the distance.
