About Quality Private Duty Care

Quality Private Duty Care is a private duty care provider serving Cookeville, Tennessee, offering in-home clinical care and support services. As a locally owned, family-based business, the company has been serving patients and families in East and Middle Tennessee for more than 30 years.

The company provides private duty care designed for individuals who need more than home health nursing services alone. Services include help with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and household tasks for those with physical disabilities or age-related limitations. Care providers are trained to handle basic health care tasks including medication administration and emergency response. Services are generally provided through TennCare's Choices program for long-term care services, as well as for private payers and those with U.S. Department of Labor Medical Benefits through the EEOICPA program.

Quality Private Duty Care operates a specialized pediatric care program directed by a registered nurse with over 10 years of intensive care experience with pediatric patients. All pediatric nurses undergo one-on-one training in the field, and the company is licensed by the state of Tennessee to provide care for those with intellectual disabilities.

The organization also provides hospice services, including bereavement support to families for at least one year after the passing of a loved one, with spiritual assessment and individualized care planning for each hospice patient.

The nurses are amazing. However the staff and management are the very worst. They do not care about the patient or the staff. If you have any disagreement or call them out when they are wrong they simply end your child's care without discussing it or even a valid reason. And definitely without any concerns for the patient they are throwing away without any concerns for the care or safety thereof. Cincerely the child's mother.
