I started with this company excited about the opportunity, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, the company appeared disorganized. Communication was poor, there was a lack of transparency, and no meaningful effort was made to address the issues I encountered. The most significant problem involved payroll. At the facility, I was given a timesheet to complete in order to be paid. When I noticed that I had not received payment, I contacted payroll but received no response. After making multiple calls over several days and speaking with different individuals, I was finally able to reach someone in payroll. At that point, I was informed that I had been given the wrong timesheet and was sent a different form that I had never seen before. Had I not continued to follow up, I am concerned that I may not have been paid at all. After submitting the correct timesheet, I was initially told that my payment would be processed immediately. Later, I was informed that it had never been processed and that I would need to wait until the next pay period. I received conflicting information throughout the entire process and was repeatedly given the runaround. In the end, I did not receive my wages until four weeks later and was forced to file a wage claim. The lack of organization extended beyond payroll. I was never provided clear instructions on how to access my pay stubs and did not learn how to do so until several weeks after starting. Throughout these issues, no one accepted responsibility or took meaningful steps to resolve the situation. Because of the ongoing communication problems and payroll concerns, I notified the company that I would not be returning. The office administrator never responded to my notice. When we later spoke by phone, she stated that she had not responded because she "didn't know what to say." Despite receiving my notice, she later sent me a letter claiming that I had quit without notice, which was inaccurate. Based on my experience, the lack of communication, accountability, organization, and payroll reliability made this an extremely frustrating place to work. I cannot recommend this company.

I love what I did and the most rewarding part are the clients. However, this is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for with countless mistakes in the office and inability to find care for their clients. Would not recommend for employment or to take care of loved ones.
