Unprofessional nursing staff, poor communication to family members. I do not recommend this facility ever. This facility is in Sarver, PA The positive comments I can make was their housekeeping was good and a few aides were sweet to my mom.

Wonderful company. They really care about their patients and the quality of care and being family owned and operated makes a difference in how things are run. Every staff member I have been involved with goes above and beyond.

The care here is non existent... the food is horrible and you don’t even get a full meal. You get better food at the hospital. They have a receptionist at the Apollo location who ignores my mother when my mom comes in to pay the horribly high bill.... my mom has been through enough trauma and this place hires employees who treat her bad.... imagine how they treat the residents???? Don’t send your loved ones here.

If I could this place negative stars I would. Whatever you do.....DO NOT TAKE SOMEONE YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE!! We took my Mom to the grove city location. She was not given the correct medications, even after speaking with the director of nursing and having her own Dr. fax a prescription to the facility. Rude nurses that hang up on you when you try to clarify what medications your Mother is on. My Mom said that the food was disgusting! The check on your loved one once in the morning, then close the door and leave them in there all day, without any contact from anyone. They also do not give the residents a tv remote control, so they cannot change the channel or even turn down the volume.
