Very unprofessional. We never had complete coverage and the staff we got was unreliable and unqualified. Our case was dropped without any notification leaving me to pay no show fees for two doctor appointments the next morning and a rescheduling problem. If he knew he was quitting, he could have at least given me a courtesy call.
