I have to assume it has gotten better since my experience in 2013-2014. I did pediatric home health and came to realize that they were intent on pleasing the parents of dying children, which is not possible. The customer is always right, does absolutely not apply in healthcare, and especially when you are dealing with parents grieving the future death of their child. I have a cousin whose little girl had heart problems since birth and after her daughter died at 22 years old, she became a different person. In healthcare, we do not try to please the miserable and unpleasable, and we insist that healthcare workers are not abused and we insist that they are treated respectfully.

My dad has been using Qualicare’s in-home care services for over 3 years now. They are reliable, helpful and efficient. My dad’s caregiver, Lorie, is great! She is meticulous, friendly and dependable. Everyone in the office is great (Bart, Taylor, Shelby, Ashley, etc.) They are quick to answer questions and always ready to help. We are satisfied with and grateful for Qualicare.

I have been a client of qualicare for at least 2yrs and they have always worked very hard to accommodate my needs. We have been pleased with our partnership with QualiCare. The management and office staff have been helpful in resolving some issues that have come up. A few issues with the in-home care people have been quickly addressed and resolved. As they are trying move to a more available and transparent on line scheduling and billing system, we hope to see the information and partnership get even better.
