I was recovering from a hospital stay. I have never been to a skilled nursing facility so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The building is beautiful the rooms are all private rooms and are spacious. Each caregiver is kind and happy and willing to meet my needs. The nurses are detailed oriented. The therapy team gave me level of care that allows me to get back home in independent. The administrator even though not a care giver was able to help me be more comfortable in my wheelchair going to appointments. Also the RN Andrea treated me like individual vs a number in the building. If you need rehab this is a great to stay.

My mom recently stayed for a couple weeks at Promontory Point Rehabilitation after her back surgery at 81 years old. It was a very good experience! The staff was caring and attended to her needs in a timely manner. The OTs and PTs were very helpful. They pushed her to improve but took her daily health into consideration also. The facility was very nice and didn’t really feel like a rehab center. Casey, the administrator, went above and beyond for our family. Very helpful, very communicative and even came to the hospital to visit her when she had to be readmitted. Overall her stay helped her get walking and get stronger more quickly than could have happened at home. Would highly recommend!

Promontory Point Rehab (PPR) is THE BEST in every way. I recently spent 17 days at PPR and loved every aspect of my lengthy stay. First, ALL of the Staff members are phenomenal. Everyone worked together to make my stay as nice as it could be. The RN's, CNA's, PT's, OT's, PA's, Front Office, Food Service and Housekeeping were all truly & totally SUPERB! My rehab is well ahead of schedule due to the excellent care and personal attention I received at PPR. I wish I could thank each and every one of the Staff individually here. Each Staff member deserves their own Five Star rating. Many Thanks and Huge Kudos to PPR for your outstanding professionalism and dedication.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Promontory Point, for the exceptional care and support provided during a challenging period. While the outcome did not unfold as we had hoped, the dedication and responsiveness demonstrated by the team were truly commendable. Throughout the journey, the "Angels of Mercy" - the nurses, CNA's, therapists (both Occupational and Physical Rehabilitation), Speech therapists, Social Worker, Doug, Casey (the manager), Lara (the transportation specialist), Don (the "Repair Guy"), and others whose names I may have unintentionally omitted, consistently exhibited extraordinary care and compassion. Our situation presented unique challenges, requiring us to navigate in and out of the hospital and back to Promontory Point six times in just two and a half months. Despite the complexity of events leading us into unfamiliar territory, the team remained steadfast, maintaining a positive attitude that helped uplift me during my most difficult moments. While the ultimate outcome was not what anyone desired, the team tirelessly endeavored to work with my wife and offered unwavering support to me throughout the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and compassion exhibited by everyone at the Skilled Nursing facility. Having such an exceptional facility in Idaho Falls is undoubtedly a blessing. Anyone fortunate enough to receive care here is truly privileged. I have witnessed them successfully guide individuals through challenging recoveries, demonstrating their commitment to making a positive impact on lives. My heartfelt thanks extend to each and every person who contributes to the outstanding care provided at Promontory Point Rehabilitation. Your dedication has left a lasting impression, and I am profoundly grateful for the support received during this difficult time. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. 💓 Lyle
