Highly recommend. Here is what happened - I had another service that I used when my mother was ill and so when my father needed extra care I called them - gave them two weeks to find someone and the Friday before I needed help on Monday they still hadn't found anyone. Called Pyramid on that Friday and by the end of the day they had the whole next week covered. It made a very stressful situation less stressful.
