My family and I recently placed our loved one in the memory care at cedar point and I couldn’t be more pleased. We have remained well informed of her needs, progress in adjusting, and any concerns. The staff are always very attentive to my grandma and the other residents while visiting. Two weekends ago they allowed us to have a largely attended birthday party for grandma in the dinning room. Our nurse Morgan was so sweet and helpful. Anytime we have dealt with administration they have made sure to communicate effectively on a level all parties could understand. Memory care is a very difficult task and Cedar has managed to make it look easy. I am so grateful for all the hands and hearts that care for the residents not just grandma. THANK TOU CEDAR POINT

DiD not like it at all!! Nurses seem pretty lazy.. there's never one in sight every time I've came to visit my sister. A lot of the people have to take care of themselves more often than not. It takes the nurses forever to respond when my sister pushes the call button! I'm doing everything to get her out of there!! 😞 After my sister being there for 9 months here is my updated review.. bout the only time they showed true compassion was in her last week of life. But one of the cnas held her down against her will and forced a covid test.. which I don't think is legally allowed. And then after her passing they kept what they wanted even though I directly told them we wanted EVERYTHING back. .. I definitely do not recommend this place. If you have a loved one here speak up and check on them constantly. But honestly I'd say to get them out of there. At one point my sister was asking for pain medication and the cna got tired of it and told her if she didn't stop she'd lock her in a dark room... GET YOUR LOVED ONES OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. I have COPD. Pushing call button for nurse or cna took 2 hrs sometimes. Neglect at it worst. Food was not low sodium. High pressecssed low quality. Main cook Tony didn't care, would alter any food meals she said she was "too busy to worry about that. You eat what you get". She is in charge of a nursing home kitchen ? Not to mention messing up medication and try to give me wrong meds. So glad I left!!

My moms stay was short but its a nice place.friendly staff. She liked to joke with them. I never worried for a minute about her care. Thank you
