Residents severely neglected. They get them up at 3 am to sit in there urine and b.m all day . Dont lay them down between meals to change . They dont change during night shift either. They get laid down changed then and back up at 3 am and changed then. I saw many open sores, skin tear from urine and b.m, skin peeling off from being so scolded , red and rashes . Their catheters are bad and smell rancid. Then they said come get my check or cash I make the trip to Rolla to be told ot was mailed. Pay day was 3 days ago still no check. This place has 98 Residents and not enough staff to take care if them correctly. Please 🙏 dont bring loved ones here.

I understand that seniors and families often need inexpensive care if you put your family members here please listen to their complaints. This place is either in adequately staffed or just doesn't care about it's seniors. While being there a friend mine heard another senior calling for help. He addressed a nurse about responding to this other senior. Nurse said that's just so and so we'll get to her eventually. My friend did not want his name mentioned as he worries about the treatment of his family member. Says he has to often check in or he feels his family member wouldn't be cared for properly either. If he could afford somewhere else he would move them. Take care of your elderly with love and respect.

Completely incompetent management who refuses to acknowledge how understaffed they are. Workers try their best with what they’re handed but unfortunately that ends in serious neglect of the patience. Absolutely would not recommend this place for any reason.
