After being subjected to these unprofessional, uncaring, phony examples of “caretaking” I feel safer without them. The “director” came into my home as if she was a home-improvement salesman. Advocating for unvetted, untrained, employees of questionable backgrounds should be investigated by the Department of Health and the Department of Aging.
