Very nice place and wonderful staff! Very clean and neat. I have no complaints about Pruitt Health for any reason. My Dad is there and I am beyond pleased with his care and treatment.

Our family member at Pruitt Health in Toomsboro continues to receive excellent care Staff are very friendly and ensure a safe and clean environment. Food is great, especially the fried chicken. We definitely recommend when this level of care is needed

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. We moved my grandmother from this facility after only being there for 4 days. The facility was dirty, the sink was leaking in her room (said they didn’t see a leak), she was told that she couldn’t get out of bed until she was evaluated even to use the bathroom. However when she hit her call button they didn’t come, and when they did they told her to go ahead and have a bowl movement on them self’s because they didn’t have enough staff. They didn’t do anything until we told them she was going to be moved to another facility. Upon on TRANSFERRING my grandmother they have been less than cooperative when it comes to transferring paperwork about the new facility needs they have not been willing to do that thus far. They also have tried to tell us that my grandmother is on a self-pay since she was there for four days which we know was inaccurate that it’s 30 days and it does transfer facility to facility. Pruitt health is a scam. They don’t care about the well-being of your family members. They care about the money.

Everyone took great care of my loved one. The team met with me to address any concerns I might have during my spouse's rehabilitation. My spouse was treated as part of the Skilled Nursing Facility's family at Pruitt Health Toomsboro.

We all have good days and bad but all in all I have nothing but good news to report. Everyone has been nice and kind. Took care of all my father's needs. Due to my dad's willingness to corporate they have helped him walk again. The nurses and assistants have been doing everything possible to make his stay here more comfortable. Thanks to everyone here and the Veterans administration for making dad's stay acceptable.
