My dad is a resident there and they can’t get him to do anything. They don’t take his blood work. They don’t take his vitals They don’t get his feet done because he refuses but it has to be a way for them to do it. They have two big guys that worked there if they have to hold my father down to take his vitals to check his blood can’t hold him down and get his feet done. I understand that, but my father was sent to the hospital and he was very dehydrated and lethargic that shouldn’t be happening the Nurse from The day shift and the night shift called me to inform me of what was going on which they always have done and we definitely do appreciate that. The overnight nurse told me that my father was in his chair at 10:30. My father was in his chair at 12:30. I think she said she came back at 3:30 and he was on the floor lying on a pillow, so they weren’t sure if he fell out the bed because when they talked to him, he thought he was in the bed. I don’t think he fell off the bed. I think he laid on the floor, cause it felt better to him. He didn’t hurt himself but right now he’s at Memorial Hospital. Very lethargic can’t walk can’t talk. Don’t understand where he’s at and I know that’s a part of the dementia but I just don’t understand why he’s so dehydrated like that but overall, I don’t have no other complaints so far.

This maybe be prematurely done but for me getting my father back in his home time was important for me so he could be close to family. The transfer and transition was effortless. Erica was very responsive and helpful with the transfer. When I walked in I knew he was in good hands especially from where he came from I am hopeful that he will continue to live vs just give up and die as he wanted to do in his other facility. My dad said he felt like he was freed from jail. So I will see what happens a few months from now.

I cannot say enough good things about the care my mom, Sarah, received at PruittHealth in Savannah. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. It meant so much to our family to see how respectfully they cared for her and how attentive they were to her needs each day

Erica (new Admin director) was and still is WONDERFUL. I spoke with initially by phone and she was able to handle everything within a matter of hours it (seemed like). She had my choice for my mom very easy. She gave me tour of the building and was able to answer all of my questions she even called me the night my mom arrived to ensure me of her safe arrival. At the time of this review mom has been there 2 days and she is being taken very great care of thus far. Thank you Erica and the staff for all of your help and making this adjustment easy for my mom.

Erika in charge of admissions is wonderful. She was very responsive and got my mom in quickly. We have dealt with Olivia the social worker who is incredible and the therapists and nurses are great. The food is well presented and they catered to my mom’s dietary needs. Sometimes the aids do not respond quickly when needed but they are busy with other patients which I understand. The facility is impeccably clean!
