My grandmother is a resident at PruittHealth, and our family could not be happier with the care and attention she receives. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The nurses, caregivers, and support staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure her comfort, safety, and well-being. It gives us tremendous peace of mind knowing she is in such a caring and supportive environment. I would especially like to recognize Karen Vandiford. Karen is truly exceptional and, in my opinion, the best staff member in the facility. She is always approachable, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to address concerns and ensure residents and their families feel valued and heard. Her leadership is evident throughout the facility, and her commitment to providing excellent care makes a real difference. Karen takes the time to get to know the residents personally along with the family members and treats them with dignity and compassion. My grandmother often speaks highly of Karen and appreciates the patience and encouragement she shows her every day. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides a warm, inviting atmosphere. We have also been impressed by the activities and opportunities for social engagement that help residents stay active and connected. Knowing that my grandmother is receiving such excellent care gives our family tremendous peace of mind. We are grateful for the dedication, professionalism, and kindness of the entire team. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for a loved one.

My experience with PruittHealth in Farmville, NC has been truly reassuring and heartfelt. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel like family, not just visitors. Every nurse and staff member we encountered showed genuine compassion, patience, and respect to my mother. It was clear they truly care about the people they serve. Seeing how thoughtfully and kindly my loved one was treated gave me real peace of mind. The facility was always clean and welcoming, and communication was open and honest whenever I had questions or concerns. Small acts of kindness, checking in, offering reassurance, and taking the time to listen, made a big difference for our family. I am deeply grateful to the PruittHealth Farmville team for the care, dignity, and comfort they provided during a time that can be very difficult. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where compassion and quality care truly matter.

**This place has proven themselves untrustworthy by having their employees write Google reviews!** I wouldn't trust this place to board an animal, much less another person. My mother in law had to stay here before her death, unfortunately. These people are lazy, rude, and hardly did the bare minimum for her. They were rude to other residents right in front of me. She hated it here, and I couldn't blame her. What an awful, Godforsaken place. Please avoid placing anyone you love here. *Editing to add: Pruitt Health, please don't bother responding about how "concerned" you are, and tell me to call your 1-800 number so you can learn more. Hire better people. Stop treating patients like trash. Or better yet, close your scummy excuse for a skilled nursing facility.

They need more help- better food quality- all beds should require the same bedding some have bed spreads others don’t- if the room is three patients one shouldn’t have say over how warm the room is . When clothes are brought back from the laundry they should be put away probably. I understand that some patients require more help than others but with my husband blind the least they could is cut up his meat and salt it for him.! At least they don’t have to sit there and feed him .I think it could be a nice place with more help.

I have a family member at this facility. All of his immediate family members live out of state so we have never been or seen this facility in person due to the pandemic. However the customer service and follow-up is horrible. It seems like the more I complain, the worse it gets. Now, it's not communication at all. If you call, the phone continues to ring and ring and ring. If I could give no stars, I would. If they treat the family members like this, just imagine how they may be treating the residents.
