My sister became a resident at Puritt on March 23, 2026. It was a difficult time for her to adjust but I must say the staff at Puritt took great care of her and kept me informed about everything. Andy, Dr.Beck, Gail, Kim and Lottie just to name a few were excellent with keeping me informed and making sure that all my concerns were addressed. I have appreciated being able to go to them with my concerns and them not making me feel as if I were a bother. I can rest assured my sister is being provided the best care when I am away. I truly appreciate the staff at Puritt and I would give them 10 stars. Thank everyone for taking care of my sister. I appreciate each one of you that have made an impact in her life.

Pruitt in Estill, SC has taken great care of my mother. They slowly allowed her to come out of her shell that she was in during her early days after arriving and coaxed her into participating with activities and other residents. She is now fully participating and making friends and back to her old self and enjoying life

This place is wonderful. The transition from the hospital was seamless and very professional. The staff gave me reassurance with my family member and made sure that I was updated the entire time. The staff is kind and very helpful.
