PineView was so wonderful to my dad. They took care of him and were always so kind. Unfortunately my dad’s time there was short due to his illness. I’m forever grateful for all the people who took such great care of him.

My father was beaten from head to toe by one of the residents there. Basically tried to kill my father and he is still actively living there. Do not under any circumstances bring your loved ones hear because they will act like nothing happened when you bring it their attention they refuse to believe it even when my father said he attacked him. They tried calling my dad a liar and wouldn't take any steps to correct the issues. They need to be looked into by the authorities. The lady named Marry that runs the place is a liar and doesn't care if your loved one dies due to their neglect.

From the start. I was unsure of the quality of care at this facility. My mother was admitted there in late winter. It was very difficult to get responses from the staff when calling. In a week's time. I literally called over 20 times before reaching my mother. Upon my first visit. I was less than impressed. My mother was in a cramped room with another lady. She stated to me that she wanted to come home and was not happy there. I assured her that I was working on that. I also observed how dingy and dark the place was. The staff seemed unconcerned about the residents. Many of whom just walked the halls. It was very depressing. My mother was approved for In-Home care in July, and I was in communication with the social worker there working on her discharge. I was not given any update as to her rehabilitation improvement. I soon learned that she quit. The paperwork for my mother and other residents, are either misplaced or lost. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Syl-view rehabilitation & memory care center has greatly improved. It looks and smells very clean. My dad looked and smelled clean. He was dry. There sanitizing systems every where. My dads room was at a comfortable temperature. It smelled clean. The floors were shining. They were having exciting activities with the residents and just looking at them you could feel the warmth. It was so enviting , it made me want to stay and watch but, i had to go to work. Anyway if you had negative thoughts about this facility, you need to give it another look. They are making changes, they have new staff members. They are definitely on the rise!!!

Everyone there has been very nice, professional, and understanding. I am welcome to visit any time day or night. The staff is always available to answer my many questions and help ease my mind. My family members that are there are treated with respect and their privacy is valued. I was very nervous and scared when I first had to leave them there but as time goes by I have been able to relax and know their health needs are being attended and they are well cared for.
