I love the facility. The staff is so nice and professional. I was visiting my aunt and her room was so nice and clean and she stated she loved the food. Only issue was she had to sit wet for a while because there was only 2 cnas in the whole building and no one was helping them even though I seen multiple nurses. The cna name was Malinda and she was a sweetheart. My question is should we as family members be concerned about the care of our family? Are they getting the soiled diapers off in a timely manner? Why was there only 2 CNAS but so many other nurses sitting down and not helping?

The facility is very warm and welcoming. It is also very clean. The staff is very nice and professional. The only problem I have is the maintenance man. He was very rude to some of the residents because he was moving a bed and he had the worse attitude ever and spoke to them so rudely. I even heard him say he didn't care about nothing in the building anymore. Something should really be done about his language. He made me want to have my family member removed all because of his nasty attitude.

From the first phone call, the experience with this facility has been outstanding—especially thanks to the Admissions Director. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Moving a loved one into long-term care is never easy, but they made it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Nice experience so far, my mom went into Pruitt a week ago. Office was very helpful in getting her paperwork and admitting done. Staff is very nice and helpful. We know half the staff that works there so I think my mom is in good hands. Weekend nurses are very slow to respond to calls but Looking to try and get her in a single room next because I think she will be more comfortable but good job so far.👍
