I had a great experience at PruittHealth Blue Ridge. The staff was compassionate, professional, and treated residents with kindness and respect. They took the time to answer questions, communicated well, and genuinely seemed to care about providing quality care. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that the team worked hard to create a welcoming environment for residents and their families. While no healthcare facility is perfect, I appreciate the dedication and effort the staff put into caring for those who depend on them. Thank you to everyone at PruittHealth Blue Ridge for the work you do each day. It makes a difference.

My grandpa lived here, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was always kind, caring, and treated him with respect. It gave our family a lot of peace of mind knowing he was being looked after by people who genuinely cared. I loved how when I would stop by he was playing cards with his favorite aides. He was so happy. It was also very clean! Thank you for taking such good care of him. We truly appreciate everything you did for not only him, but us.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about PruittHealth–Blue Ridge. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with warmth and genuine care that is hard to find anywhere else. The staff goes above and beyond every single day, and it is clear that they treat every resident like family. Allison in particular is an absolute gem. She exemplifies the heart of this entire team. The facility itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the pride the staff takes in their work. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with dignity, compassion, and a smile, this is it. Highly recommend!

My cousin is a new resident, being transferred from Tampa, Fl to Georgia. She is thrilled with the new placement as well as I. The staff, from Administrator to Maintenance have been outstanding with assistance and ensuring that Kathy is receiving the care and attention that she needs. The staff always have a smile for Kathy and her family. The building is spotless. The activities are well engaging with Kathy. The food is tasty and meets her dietary needs. The front porch with shade is welcoming to the residents to enjoy the sunshine and greenery of the yard. Kathy is receiving REHAB to assist with strengthening her legs and arms for a goal to walk again. I highly recommend this facility whether for short term Rehabilitation needs or Long Term Care needs. Pruitt Health is exceeding our expectations and we are very proud to call Blue Ridge PruittHealth her new home.

There are not enough words for me to described how much I love the staff and nurses at Pruitt Health in Blue Ridge. I am an only child and my mom was my world and my best friend. She was loved by so many people. She was a hairdresser for over 50 years, she played the piano for church. She had two massive strokes and left her unable to use her right arm, affected her speech and her daily functions. It changed our whole world. After about a year, her little heart struggled so bad and her breathing after many years of smoking and the from the stroke. When you hear the word “hospice” you immediately think “end of life” and that is NOT the case. They are there to help your family member with so much and to keep you from having to take them back and forth to the doctor, they come to you, but you also know that they have an illness that you know will not get better. Not having to get mom in and out of the house, made it a lot easier! After her stroke, her personality changed so much and she got frustrated so easy, but the days she knew that the nurses was coming, the little stinker was so happy! My mom passed away last March, and I never would have made it without the staff at Pruitt Health of Blue Ridge! They are truly angels here on earth!
