My brother and I toured a few assisted living places before deciding on Provo Assisted Living. From the very first meeting, Sherry was so kind and caring towards us. It was a clean and very well run facility. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and very efficient. My brother and his dog fit in and it felt like home almost immediately. My brother loved his room because he had door leading outside to his patio area, which was so convenient for his dog. I was worried about him, because he was not very social, but he immediately made friends and was starting to do the activities. His health took a turn, and Sherry and the staff went out of their way to help him in every way, even with his dog. I can’t thank them enough for helping my brothers time there a very enjoyable and positive experience.

I found Provo Assisted Living to be the very best choice for my uncle. The staff were friendly and patient, the facilities well-looked after, the food was great, and the atmosphere relaxed and family-like. The administrator, Sherry, was phenomenal in communicating with me and making my uncle's transition there as seamless as possible. I could see she really cares for and loves the residents there. I highly recommend Provo Assisted Living to those wanting a peaceful, individualized facility for their loved ones.

My mother lived there for many years.until her passing in October 2020. The facility was always well kept and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would visit my mom once a week and got to know the staff pretty well. They would contact me if there were issues. And while any living quarters will have its issues, the management was generally very calm and positive in handling disagreements.My mom enjoyed her time there. She had many friends there.

PAL is one of the best assisted living facilities that we've had the pleasure of working with. The staff and administration are so friendly and easy to work with. I recall a young lady named Naomi that was just so friendly when she greeted us and introduced us to the administrator. The administrator answered all of our questions and made sure that any of the concerns we had for mom would not be an issue and her needs would be met. We absolutely love the lay out of the rooms and that mom can have some actual privacy and own bathroom. Such a great place. Out of all the facilities and options we had in the area, PAL was clearly the best choice and I'm so glad we decided to go with PAL. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Our House Assisted Living of Provo is unlike any other facility you will see in the area. The facility is beautiful with private rooms and bathrooms that are well maintained, a huge dining room with delicious meals provided three times a day by an excellent kitchen staff, and a comfy living room with a grand piano, big screen TV and even a wii gaming system! The care staff members are hard workers,quick to help and also form personal relationships with the residents making it feel just like home! Any new resident here will always feel like they have a friend in the staff and residents around them and with an extensive activities program there is always something fun to do!
