This place is beautiful clean, the stuff Very Nice, kind and Respect, Maria Franco Susy in the Office all CNA Emelina Julia arjelia Carla Jessica, All CNA and RNS Michael, Carlos and Robert, in physical therapy everybody are very professional bud Cristian is very professional In the kitchen, Vanessa's mother Everybody in the kitchen Housekeeping, Jeny Adelina Maira I don’t know the names, but everybody is so kind.🙏🏻 I love this place. I’m going to miss you guys. We’re going to meet you with Susan Jons 19 A .❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Didn’t have much experience in this space, so had some anxiety about discharging my mother to any sort of facility. Providence St Elizabeth Care Center came well recommended and exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean and safe. Staff was friendly and all promises were kept. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to family and friends in need of assistance.

The nursing staff was amazing, the RNs the LVNs the CNAs, the PT and OT staff, the janitorial crew, and the cooking crew were all amazing, as were the administrative staff. I spent about a month and a half here and during that time I met a lot of amazing people dedicated and talented. Not without the occasional issue to work out, but they were handled professionally and quickly! I can definitely recommend To Luca and Lake transitional Care, and while I hope to never need their services in the future I will definitely use them shouldn't need a rise. I want a personally thank all of the staff at this fine facility.

My 87 year old mom came in after surgery and was at the facility for three weeks. The care she received was excellent. Thy physical therapists were gentle and patient. She made great progress while she was there. The nursing staff was also very on-top of it and always had a great attitude

My mom was there from January 13 to January 30 the representative from the facility came to visit my mom and me when she was still in the hospital her name was Dainia she was very pleasant and reassuring that my mom would we receive the best care and that I could go and visit the facility any time I wanted I did go by unexpectedly and was received with a very the alarm welcome by Alondra she was very pleasant and show me around the whole facility I had made my decision then at that time the staff was excellent to my mom and her roommate the whole time my mom was there she only had a complaint about one CNA and it was handled right away the only other complaint we had was with the food I can truly say they need to do better maybe hire a new cook the physical therapy team was awesome.
