Heavy Retaliation for almost anything, we can't report any damage because not only will they NOT pay for it, they will make things worse in any way they can. They regularly have no one to fill in, so the visit is entirely skipped. Recertifications were treated like options, nurse visits almost never happened, and every communication we had with them was treated like a burden. On top of everything- The manager Steph has no accountability and even lied to our social services case worker to make us sound threatening. Steph's daughter, Destiny also works here and gets more flexibility than any other staff member. She's never seen a consequence for anything while others get immediate action.

Absolutely would NEVER recommend this company. One of their workers was in a car accident and they allowed her to come back while still under doctors orders that she couldn't lift anything. Can't lift laundry, take out trash etc. What am I paying for then? Someone to come sit and read her book for 4hrs a day or the ones that see nothing needs to be done and leave (while still clocked in) just to come back and clock out when their shift is over as if they actually worked it. I'm putting this here for the public, I'll be making a formal complaint with the state as well since they are Medicaid funded. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The worst company ever. They failed to inform me that one of the workers had COVID and also didn't inform the other two workers also. During the time the worker was ill the failed to get a replacement for the hours she worked, this was over 50 hours for the month of October. What kind of company lets the client go without for so many hours.

I've had several family members cared for by this agency. The nurses, aides and PCPs were all caring and compassionate and always went above and beyond. You could tell they felt valued and loved their jobs. Office staff did a great job with communication and always kept me updated. I will continue to recommend family and friends to Professional.

They are always willing to accommodate. Office staff is very nice and willing to help. Have referred many patients here after they have had other services less than their expectations. Knowing when my clients call they are getting the best care.
