I'm missing a watch. The person sent over gave me confidential information about her clients. Ms. Kearn is very unprofessional and takes it personally when you no longer want her services. Instead of listening to why I no longer wanted the company's services, she decided to chastise me because I want none of them in my home. Ms Kearn needs to be reminded that she doesn't pay bills in my home and therefore, she's got nothing to say to me. UPDATE: As I’m going through my cabinets...I’m still finding dirty dishes that were literally hidden in places I couldn’t see. If you want to hire an agency that does good work, is professional, and will work with you as problems arise about their employees...this isn’t the place. I’ve reported my issues to the VA and I hope they are removed from their roster. Veterans don’t deserve that kind of treatment and they definitely don’t need to be taken advantage of by this company.
