PriyaLiving is a place for us like a dream come true The place is clean. Courtyard garden is beautiful and well maintained .All the amenities are nearby walking distance. The handyman Elias is always available to fix things and help. We have group meetings and entertainment almost every day and above all our fearless leader, SEEMA does a superb job of arranging different activities with<br>a smile. She is always available if anybody needs help. Needless to say we are very happy here.

I have been a resident of Priya Living, Fremont, an independent seniors living center, for the past four years. Prior to this I was residing in a self contained unit in a condominium in Tampa, Florida.<br>I have been extremely happy and satisfied with my move to Priya Living. I have the choice, every day, to divide my time between joining in the various activities such as playing sudoku, anagrams wordle which helps in enhancing cognitive functions, reduce stress, provide entertainment and even foster social connections.<br><br>I can also spend quality time in my unit attending to my needs, reading, communicating with my friends in the USA and abroad.<br><br>The location of Priya Living in Fremont helps those without a car to have easy access to various amenities such as shopping for groceries, USPS, cleaners, restaurants, Fedex/UPS.<br><br>The unit is well managed my Ms.Seema Tuli who has been the Community Director for well over ten years. She is very energetic, kind, helpful and keeps designing/arranging new activities for us. She arranges weekly visits to restaurants and also outside volunteers to come and entertain us.

Grateful for finding this intergenerational community! Seema is a thoughtful and motivating Community Director who plans wonderful events for our community from yoga, brain games, music, to yummy food. Our maintenance team of Elias has been so attentive and ensures a comfortable stay here. The location being at the end of the cul de sac is ideal allowing both peace and many shops as Safeway, Indian, & Chinese grocery shops and cafes within walking distance. The courtyards are very serene with many birds and greenery around. Thank you for a place that feels like family!
