Tender loving knowledgeable care, right from the beginning. The interview with Tan Wade made me feel like we were their only client. Drilled down to details about my dad so she could find the best fit in the assigned caregivers. Consider this company when you need care for your loved one. I use Private Home Care to provide support to my mother-in-law. The caregivers provided were engaging, caring and professional. Tan and the team at PHC worked to ensure that we were satisfied and concerns that arose were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend using PHC to provide care to a loved one.

I was lucky enough to find Tan Wade and Private Home Care in a moment of great need. She and her team stepped in and took a huge burden off my shoulders, caring for a loved one who didn’t want home care but badly needed it. When this loved one had a medical emergency, Tan’s team was right there with her, staying beside her every step of the way and simultaneously keeping me apprised of every development. That communication was what I really appreciated (in addition to the attentive care). Not once did I have to reach out because Private Home Care was keeping me constantly in the loop.

My father used the services of Private Home Care for his personal caregivers for three years. The staff was always very responsive to our needs. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the caregivers they provided. I especially appreciated that they would provide us a profile of a new caregiver before they started working.
