Primrose Retirement Community of Lima is an assisted living and memory care community located in Lima, Ohio. The community provides specialized Memory Care programming for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive challenges, alongside assisted living services centered on empathy and understanding each resident's individual needs.
The community offers both traditional apartments and Townhome Villas, each featuring modern comforts and maintenance-free living. Residents have access to 24-hour support and a 24-hour emergency response system. Amenities include housekeeping services, nursing staff for medical needs, maintenance support, utilities, cable TV, and complimentary scheduled transportation throughout Lima. Meals are provided daily, and residents can access on-site services such as haircuts and other conveniences without leaving the building.

The community encourages residents to volunteer both within Primrose and in the broader Lima community through its scheduled transportation service. A Life Enrichment Coordinator supports resident interests and involvement.
The community opened in 2018 and features modern design throughout. Apartments include concrete flooring that provides sound insulation from neighbors. Townhome Villas offer nearly 1,600 square feet of indoor living space, attached garages, and outdoor courtyards. Pets are welcomed, with residents able to bring dogs and other companions to the community.
The community operates on flexible lease terms, with an initial three-month lease followed by month-to-month options, allowing residents flexibility in their living arrangements.
