Hello my time here for rehab at Liberty has went smoothly and there are so many people I’m grateful for all the help I’ve have received. Occupational and physical therapy has helped me get stronger and walking again, I’m not where I need to be but I will get there with there help. I’m also a dialysis patient and Liberty is the only facility like this, in this area to have their own dialysis unit with well trained nurses. The regular nurses and aids are wonderful and they do their best to answer calls as soon as they can, because they have a lot of people to care for with many different needs. There are also cleaning and food services people who don’t get enough credit. Thank you all

Good clean facility, the aides are very involved with the residents, the nurses and DON are some of the most attentive I've seen. The dietary department is really doing well with the meals they send out, the whole building pays attention to patient care.
