So happy to have decided to work with PrimeCare! They did an excellent job finding a great match for our mother. Mela is wonderful! Our mom describes her as “such a caring person and always willing to find ways to help.” We couldn’t be more satisfied.

From the first phone conversation to the final interview, I knew that Bill and his staff would have my mom’s best care as their top priority. However, Bill went above and beyond by supporting the emotional needs of me and my dad too. Bill has been in the same tough spot of the family member suffering along with the patient, so he makes sure that the entire family is cared for. Yolanda and Lucie were amazing! They made sure that my mom was clean, dry, and comfortable every day. They never missed any of her medication and never made her feel like she was a burden. Live in help was definitely the best option for us and cost effective too. Plus it was only two new faces to recognize instead of 20. My only regret it not finding Bill and his team sooner.

I can't thank PrimeCare Home Solutions enough. Bill went above and beyond to help me secure overnight care for my mom at the very last minute. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly cared about our situation. The caregiver, Lucy, was a blessing—experienced, gentle, and so sweet with my mom. Their support made a stressful time so much easier. Highly recommend!
