Prime Homecare Agency has Excellent customer service! Working in healthcare 37 years that means a lot. They sent out a wonderful physical therapist Carol. Very professional and knowledgeable with my need to move forward . I had a knee replacement surgery. Carol helped me stay positive and keep me motivated for recovery.

This company is absolutely fabulous! My 21 yr old daughter was very ill and spent over a month in the hospital. Once she was home, I was provided with Prime Homecare Agency Services for her care. They have helped us so much. They gave us great direction in how to obtain the needed medical equipment. They spoke with doctor offices on our behalf, they provided PT, OT, and personal care for my daughter. They even helped us get an at-home Physician that would visit my daughter since she is bedridden. I can’t say enough great things about this company and the employees. Our nurse Michelle has been heaven sent. She helped us so much and was an absolute Angel! Also, Reem the Case Mgr. was fabulous as well. She helped us get our hospital bed and other medical equipment. Their whole team is just great! I’m so blessed to have received the love and care from this company in a time of need. They really made it manageable to be able to take care of a loved one who now has disabilities. I’m so very grateful for all that they do!! Thanks Prime Homecare for taking care of us!!!

Prime Homcare Agency is an excellent agency. I saw the physical therapist Richie and the home health aide Mara for 7 weeks. They did an excellent job and I completely got over my injury. The occupational therapist Amy and the nurse Michelle were also great. I highly recommend Prime Homecare Agency.

We have used Prime Homecare twice now and both times we've had exceptional service! Marcy, OT and Pri, PT have been great! They have been very kind with my Mom. They also don't let her slack as many others have. They keep count with her and keep her focused to ensure she's doing the exercises correctly. The transformation post hospital has been great and in large part due to their diligence. Sonya is her nurse and is always kind and considerate with my Mom. They give advance scheduling and keep track of what to do when they're not here as well as keeping the progress moving.
