I am very pleased to be working for Primary Home Care and caring for such wonderful people. It has truly been a rewarding experience, and I love being part of a company that values both its clients and employees. Dasia makes everything so much easier and simpler, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. She genuinely has your best interest at heart and does her best to make things work out in the best way possible. I truly appreciate all of her support and dedication. I highly recommend Primary Home Care, and would give Dasia 10 stars if I could! It’s been difficult to navigate the subject of needing outside help for my parents, who don’t necessarily think they need help. I’ve thrown Dasia some curveballs and she never gets rattled. She is professional, reliable, and truly wants to make sure your loved ones are not only safe, but also comfortable with who they have in their home. Personality conflicts can happen, but Cole and Dasia understand how sensitive the situation is for the family. They are not pushy, they are extremely accommodating and concerned with finding the right fit for your loved ones.

Our main caregiver, Shaleena, has been a godsend. With her sunny disposition, she has a special ability to engage with and raise the spirits of my mother. Shaleena knows all the common sense things that make her capable of handling any situation. When Shaleena is on the job, I can rest easy. Melanie has amazed me with her ability to accomodate our scheduling needs and Desia provides such personable service on the phone.

My Dad has been a client of Primary Home Care for 3 years. We have had an excellent experience with the agency itself. Communication is timely, friendly, and flexible. However, even more important to us is the experience we have had with the personnel that come into our home on a daily basis. Our home health aides, Shaleena and Laurie, treat my Dad with dignity and compassion. I can hear the comfortable conversation and laughs that they share as they go about the activities of daily living. Both of them have found ways to enrich my Dad's life by the way they interact with him, for instance, taking walks, listening together to the birds, and providing assistance with his garden.<br>We have worked with other agencies and aides over the years and Primary Home Care, Laurie and Shaleena far surpass all of them!
