I made an appointment to have pre-employment testing done. I asked the lady that answered the phone at Pride if they would be open Monday and I told her it's a holiday(Memorial Day) She said, yes we will be open and to come in at 10 am. Monday comes and I get up out of my bed. It's raining very hard outside. I get to Pride and the door is locked. I call the number and there's no answer. The lady calls back and say they are closed! I asked so why would the person that answered the phone last week tell me to come Monday and I did remind her it was a holiday! All she could say is I apologize. No, you should have never told me to come, if you weren't going to be open!! That's so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Extremely nice setting, one of a kind decor and very welcoming. The service I received was professional, patient, kind, and warm. Even though I was the reason the services were delayed, they stayed very calm, pleasant, and positive with me, and the receptionist even prayed for me. I’m very grateful and thankful that my company chose to send me to Pride Home Health Care Services. I’d choose them every time. I went to have a drug test done and it was a very joyful and pleasant experience. The staff was very accommodating and patient and it feels more than a health care service.
