We stumbled upon Pretty Pond Manor due to my Aunt being evacuated during the hurricane, so glad we did. The facility is always clean, and the residents are always dressed and clean. Ana, the owner, is probably the most compassionate person I have ever met. The staff is also very caring. Each resident gets individual attention. I consider Ana and the Facility a blessing.

Pretty Pond Manor has been a wonderful place for our family. The staff is compassionate, patient, and consistently professional. The home is clean, peaceful, and truly feels like a supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect.<br><br>One of the things that stands out most is how the residents are treated like family — with genuine love, understanding, and patience. The staff is incredibly accommodating with individual needs, preferences, and day‑to‑day routines, which makes a world of difference in the quality of life for the people who live there.<br><br>Communication has always been clear and timely. Any questions or concerns are addressed right away, and the staff keeps families informed so we always feel connected and reassured.<br><br>I also want to acknowledge something important:<br>Our family recently dealt with a relative making false accusations about the facility. Throughout that situation, the staff remained calm, transparent, and completely professional. They documented everything, followed proper procedures, and continued providing excellent care without letting the disruption affect my loved one. Their steady, respectful handling of the situation only strengthened my confidence in them.<br><br>If you’re looking for a small, caring assisted living home where your loved one will be treated with kindness, respect, and true family‑style warmth, Pretty Pond Manor is an excellent choice. Ana and her staff were very compassionate and thorough caring for my 93 year old cousin on hospice. He was always comfortable, well dressed, clean and most importantly, he loved the food. The facility is small and cozy and very clean. I would recommend Pretty Pond Manor to anyone who needed to place a loved one in an excellent ALF.

Last August 2024, I was looking for an Assisted Living Facility for my aunt. My first impression of Pretty Pond Manor was how clean it was. The cleanliness and obvious care of the facility were important to me.. At Pretty Pond, my aunt is well cared for and is treated with great kindness. Meals are home cooked in the large open kitchen. Daily activities center around the spacious communal living room . Overall the atmosphere is kind and nurturing. I’m very pleased with the facility and feel lucky to have found this wonderful place for my aunt.💕

My wife and I took care of my mother until we couldn't. She was in Hospice care so they recommended some ALF's. I was busy so my wife checked them out. The first was Pretty Pond manor, she didn't bother going any further. Anna came to meet Mom, she fell in love with her. For the next week mom seemed happier than she's been in a long time. She was only there a week before she passed. Anna was genuinely upset showing her caring nature. If you need help with elder care in the Zephyrhills area this is the place. I have working in alf's and I have never seen another like this.
