I could not have found a better place for Mom to live than Preston Pointe. It is a beautiful facility but the real prize is the staff. From reception to maintenance to dietary to housekeeping and the executive staff (including the community nurse) were just tremendous during Mom's stay. They were gracious, caring, professional and treated Mom like family. A big THANK YOU!! from me and my brother.

Very nice accommodations. Units were large. Lot's of common areas. Attended a "happy hour" event that was well attended and included good food, drinks and a live preformer.

I can’t say enough good things about Preston Pointe. The staff doesn't just do their jobs, they treat every resident as a valued individual, with compassion, respect, and genuine care. I’m not naming names because everyone here deserves recognition. The entire community is welcoming and thoughtfully designed, from the inviting lobby and well-maintained apartments to the lovely common areas, library, dining hall, and peaceful outdoor spaces. There’s always something to enjoy: lively events, engaging outings, the reassuring presence of a compassionate on-site nurse, incredible meals from a truly gifted chef and much more. Visitors often tell my mom it feels like she’s living on a luxury cruise ship and I agree. She came here looking for a place to settle, and instead found a place to thrive. We’re so grateful she’s in the best possible place.

I cannot say enough great things about Preston Pointe. I am the caretaker of a family member who recently had to leave Preston Pointe after 10 great years there. (We were SO sad to leave, but his needs became very great.) The staff, led by the super star Executive Director, were all so friendly and supportive. They go above and beyond to make everyone, residents and family members, feel right at home. There are many activities, the food is great, the apartments are terrific. The other residents are welcoming and just plain fun to be with. If you, or a family member, are looking for a special place that really is a retirement COMMUNITY, look no further than Preston Pointe!

My wife and I assisted my parents in looking for a senior living facility that would help make their daily lives easier. We looked at a few facilities, and Preston Pointe was easily the best of the options. Consequently, my parents moved there in late 2024. The staff is outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The food options and variety are impressive, and the food is very tasty. There are plenty of activities and amenities for the residents including movies, games, outings, a hair salon and exercise classes. My parents are very happy there. It is very comforting to my family to know that our parents are safe, supported and looked after by such caring staff. I highly recommend Preston Pointe for anyone considering a senior living facility for themselves or loved ones.
