The doctor's and the staff here are very concerned about its patients they're very polite their professional. Bathroom is extremely clean also I say that because some places the bathroom is not so great but this one is extremely clean and accessible.

My dad is always cold I bought him 3 different comforters. They all was taken and stolen from him. He told me they keep taking covers hes always cold & shivering when I visit😠😡. I talk to case workers & head supervisor nurse. No results since 2025!!! The refuse to get him a bed rail guard. Hes always falling off bed because he sleep on left side. Instead they gave him a weak thin mat on his left side for him to fall on 🙄😏😠. I asked for them to keep his tv on because he cant turn on his own tv & is bed bound. And ask 4a remote numerous times. They always say same thing We order1😑. I ask for a hha/pca to sit with him since they cant order a bedrail which insurance will pax for because they do it alot in westchester county. No call back from head nurse superviser or response since 12/2025 and I left many messages by the way. I walked in a few times and smelled his body odor and actually seen vomit on him 3x different. I requested nurses to clean him. No cna found. I had to wipe & change him myself numerous times. My son fed up with this place. Some Cna/ nurses very kind and friendly others ignore you act like you dont exist. And brush off your issues. I have a severly busy schedule and have to drive to city just to make sure hes taken care of PROPErly. My mom worked a nursing home over 35 yrs. She retired at 65 in 2022. Told me this place sounds unprofessional and move him ASAP& call STAte on them. Im trying not to call State but may move him . And i noticed hes always doped up & sleepy or nodoff often

Garbage for a nursing home. Every single person working there are rude to the core. Majority of patients there are highly medicated for no reason. The patients are like walking dead in there. Every single patient they saying is demented. Once I told the aide the patient need changing and she said why don't I do it if I think he need changing. The nerve of those people there. One review said to get power of attorney but my dear that don't work. Some power of attorney is worse than the vile people working there. Citadel need to shut down. Don't take anyone there. Same garbage different day .

NEVER AGAIN...They ask to bring clothes, then they keep it. It's not on Kingsbridge Rd. My Pop fell off the bed, they make no provisions for shave or haircut. They wanted to jeep him. Too many things to list on here. Please DON'T take your love ones here

Update....✋️ My father passed away due to the horrible treatment he was receiving if he did. I fought with every staff trying to get my dad put somewhere better that this place the staff, and personeel here are horrible..... i came feom Fl found my dad in this situation yet no one helped they gave me a run around when i started the process to remove my dad unfortunally he passed away before i cpild do anything he had sepsis and ulcer all around his back and behind thay where not treated i felt so bad for my dad and because of this facilitu and the lack of comunnication staff i wasnt able to get him out quicker and lost him PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE HERE 😶 This is place is horrible please dont considerate for anyone to be here. I had no option after my father went into procedure he needed rehab as we so reciews and was in there tour it was wonderfull. But once my dad came in it went down hilll... nurse dont attend, my father has bedsores and blister which i found, the bed was not working and he was left in the same possition for 2 days due to the bed in the leg area not being able to work, the room condition was awfull i cleaned and sanitized everything the phone was gray of all the dust and dirt the bed sheet stained. The give the patient some room to put belongins my dad doesnt have but sheets from the hospital which i thruw in the floor because they were dirty and stained from used in the pass days. The luch even tho the pt is not in the room it will stay there untill he comes and if they remenver to give it to them i found 7 cockroaches in his room the bathroom horrible IM LOOKING TO TAKE HIM OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE o
