I want to preface and say that first impressions are not everything. Although the Prescott House rehab facility is an older building and certainly lacks aesthetics, it most certainly makes up in it's skilled staff. My father spent a month there recently. This had not been my father's first time ther, He had been there several years ago. My family and I cannot thank the staff enough for all that they had done for him. We are very involved in my father's care. My mother visited him on a daily basis and I several times a week, specifically in the evenings. The care and compassion in which my father was treated with the utmost respect while he was there was outstanding. I would see recognizable staff every time I went in, asked the nurses that were treating my father for the shift for a small report. There was never any hesitation, information was thorough. My questions were answered and if not I was given direction on who to contact. And although there is an obvious staff shortage, these folks work very hard and we were very patient in working with them. We expressed what our needs and concerns were and staff listened and took action. Many thanks to the OT and PT department, CNAS, nursing staff and housekeeping. I can't remember all their names but special thanks to Irma who is truly the golden star of that facility, James, David, Sam and Gloria. Just to mention some of the nursing staff. With much gratitude, thank you again.

My mom had hip surgery and went here for rehab. It was a total SCAM! PT and OT was supposed to come 40 min/day they came for 20 max. No therapy in the weekend at all. When she hit the button to get help to go to the bathroom nobody came! My mom ended up calling my sister crying. No wouldn’t feed the food to my dog. Don’t go here——they are scamming Medicare.

Our 99 year old mom has been at the Prescott House for nearly two years now, & she presents as a challenging resident. During this time, the staff has been compassionate, responsive to her needs, & on top of her medical issues as they arise. They are patient, they listen, & they take action. As family members, we feel welcomed & informed. We are grateful for the Prescott House. Thank you.

My care at this facility has been the best care I've received in quite some years. I had to have my knee caps replaced at different times. I had transferred due to issues with poor treatment at a different facility after 2 days of a 4 week recovery. I then did another 4 weeks for the other replacement. I have an upcoming surgery and will and coming back to this rehab without a doubt. Certainly recommended!

My Dad was a patient at the Prescott House a few months ago and They Took tremendous care of him! The Nurses went above and beyond for him even when he wasn’t the easiest patient. He really loved the staff and still to this day says he misses the food there lol. When my dad was brought there his quality of life wasn’t the best and the odds were put against him , The Prescott House helped give him his life back. The nurses there really helped physically and mentally and I’ll forever be grateful for them ! The facility is amazing and very clean , I highly recommend The Prescott House for your loved ones ! They take care of there patients as if it’s there own family and that’s heartwarming and very much needed in the medical field !
