The management and lack of concern isn't good. Hot water is hit or miss for yearssss. They dont keep the grounds clean and safe. Also, NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Everything is outdated. No need to contact home office that's a slap in the face

**No HOT WATER IN DEAD OF WINTER FOR OVER WEEK!!! My Mom lives in "Delta Mannor Senior Building" 2150 E VERNOR HW THEY HAVE "NO HOT WATER" SINCE LAST WEEK WEDNESDAY!! MANAGEMENT DOESN'T COME IN!! SENT OUT A MASS TEXT THAT READ .. CALLING CORPORATE ISN'T GOING TO GET HOT WATER ANY FASTER!! WOW!!!
