I don't have an extreme amount of experience with assisted living facilities but the staff treats my dad with compassion and they are very helpful with any insurance related paperwork.

My grandmother was place here for care and when I went to visit her. The room was absolutely disgusting as if it had not been cleaned in months. The call button was broke and she could not be moved to a new room as they we full. Know how sick she was I believe she should have been placed in a room were everything worked . The staff were Very slow to tend to her also. I understand being understaffed but caring for our elderly needs to be first priority and not conversation while sipping on Ice-T behind the desk.

They were the most caring nurses and staff. My mom died there of stage 4 brain cancer. They took care of her like she was their own mother. My mom was abused by 2 other nursing home. If a loved one needs to reside in a nursing home. Fight hard to get them into this nursing home!
