Most pleased with the services Joel provides.He assures that I take my meds checks my blood pressure and oxygen levels.Joel assists and accompanies me when I go to my PT therapy appointments as well as my aquatic therapy sessions.He engages in meaningful conversations ,truly the professional care giving individual one is fortunate to have.

Working with Premium Care USA has been nothing but GREAT! From the moment we reached out to set up care for my dad, to the day-to-day in-home services being provided, they have exceeded our expectations. The communication, professionalism and attentiveness from each of the employees is exceptional - the team made sure the transition to a new home with a new care team was seamless. My experience with Premium Care USA has been everything the title encompasses, premium! From the energy in the office, to the compassion in the field with the caregivers, you can feel they work with purpose and out of genuine love. I can't name any one individual who doesn't bring a smile to my face there. That said, 10 stars aren't applicable so 5 stars will have to do. Keep being amazing to the community!
