I went to an interview with them. And I am Hispanic and I realized that they started talking among female employees apart and asking for documents that they themselves get. I felt the discrimination!

This company does not listen to their employees. I have made several attempts to get to extra help with a client. The scheduler has. Done nothing about getting me any help. Keeping up this schedule I am going to have an accident or become too sick that I cannot work at all . This lets me know that she only cares when she is going to have to have someone for another client. Because of my age she does not care about me. She has a habit of not listening to me. There is no eye contact or asking if I am okay. During snowstorm she contacted me and asked if my clients needed anything. She never asked me if I needed anything. What do you think about that.

No! ZERO STARS. They attempted to send a nurse with,"cold symptoms " to take care of my palliative child without benefit of a Covid test. First email said nurse is getting over a COLD but when I asked about whether she had been tested for Covid the second email said no but she says she has allergies. Sorry but ALLERGY symptoms were the symptoms several people I know who tested positive HAD. They were just going to send her on in to care for my chronically ill child with nothing but her WORD that it is just allergies. When I requested a written copy of the screening process they are using to ensure they are sending healthy staff into homes; I got CRICKETS. They said they would look for someone else. Why not TEST the RN you want to assign? Why not respond with a PDF of your screening process? Hmmmm The last thing those of us with sick loved ones needs is an agency that is so careless during a pandemic. The email exchange was given to a news team investigative reporter. Other families need to know what thus agency as well as others are doing to screen employees daily to ensure they are coming into our loved ones HEALTHY. You don't just take their, "word" it's allergies. You should be screening abd intermittently testing on a regular basis. You do not know what your employees do after work.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They lie and cheat in every way possible. They treat their employees like trash and even worse their patients. They expect employees to go into homes that should be condemned and are infested with bed bugs and roaches. When, situation is reported, they tell you that it is the patient's problem, even though they are disabled and on a vent. They only care about a dollar and not the patient themselves. They lie and will take advantage of anyone they can. The overhead is terrible. Do not trust these people. I would not recommended having my worst enemy cared for by them! Beware!!!
