My husband has been on bipap and oxygen machines for over 3 years. Equipment provided to us by preferred. Never once has the machines been serviced, supplies have never been delivered to him for replacement monthly as they claimed to be based on what they have been billing our insurance for. They have been committing insurance fraud. Along with endangering patients lives. I have called multiple times to speak with someone and either dont get through or was told they will "fix" the problem. With no changes to issues. No follow-up at all.We have been purchasing needed supplies to keep my husband healthy and alive out of pocket because these people dont do their job. Quick to bill and get paid for service they dont provide. Profit seekers clearly. Shameful.

Very poor customer service. They do not give you an estimated time of arrival for drop off or pick up. When you try and call for an idea of a time line the person says “well a lot of people say that. That is an unacceptable answer.

Called multiple times, someone would answer, stay quiet, then hang up. Cannot get in touch with a person and even their website won't let me submit a message request. I DO NOT want to use this service, and don't know how to get the prescription they were sent to go somewhere else.

This place is absolute trash. No one ever knows what’s going on and they don’t care about getting you your medical supplies in a timely manner despite the need or urgency. Zero communication and absolutely zero patient care here. Definitely go with another distributor like aveanna medical if they’re in network. This place is a train wreck.

Onward with horrible service. Called twice on Monday and Tuesday for portable tanks. Have been out since Tuesday. Answering service took order. No response, call PHX, they sent order. Twice. Then told they would check on it. Now Saturday and still no 02, have to go out with no 02. My tanks last 45 min on pulse, this continues to be the worst company in the US. But am forced to use cause of insurance. Ive been on 02 since I was born off and on, pneumonia over 20 times. Since 1995 have been on 02 24/7. Even Dr has called in twice with STAT orders. Unreal people service. Whoever is getting good service from them must be the less needed. WOW Store, answering service, major store and still no 02. I'm on 3 liters. Go figure saddest PR.
