I have used them for a little over a month and it wasn't good. I have had nurses come late fall asleep with my child in their arms. Fall asleep while working not feed or change my baby. I had to install a nanny cam and watched a nurse let me baby cry and she didn't look at my child and sit with her feet on my couch. And to top it off the DON did not want to hear a word I had to say even after seeing the pics. And I was told I was erratic and she canceled my services.
