No words can describe how terrible this place is. My dad got sent here for rehab after the hospital and he only lasted 1 day and we had to get him out. They just put patients in a wheelchair and put a diaper on them and let them sit on their own body fluids. I asked him if anyone had come to clean him up and they had not. Staff had attitude when asked to do a job they are getting paid to do and when kindly asked to assist him getting cleaned up no one came and my mom and I had to do it ourselves. If you want your family member to be neglected and ignore bring them here but if you care about their well being please take them somewhere else.

The Activity staff was awesome they are really a great department who really cares and get you motivated. Bingo was especially exciting. I learned a lot in therapy they showed me how to slow down when doing different things. The nursing staff was nice and kind.

This is the second relative that has been placed here. You would think after the first one you wouldn't place another family member there. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. They have a lovely looking dinning room. This room is not used by the majority of the patients. They eat out in the hall next to the nurses station. The food is disgusting. I wouldn't serve it to a dog it's that bad. The smell is the worst , I have to limit my visit there. It is that bad . I understand that the intercom to call a nurse isn't working this weekend and will not be fixed until Monday. Apparently, they don't have anyone to fix it. What if a patient needs help??? I guess they will need to wait until Monday. If you call the social worker or administrator and they are supposed to call you back. Don't hold your breath waiting for them to call. Because they don't. I think it's all about the profit here they don't seem to care about the patient or these issues would be addressed.

Mercer Oaks hosted our organization’s Annual Prayer Breakfast, and the experience was truly outstanding. At an economical price, we were able to provide our guests with an abundant selection of delicious food that was beautifully presented. The staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout the entire event. Mackenzie was an absolute joy to work with and ensured that every detail was handled with care. The Concerned Pastors and Ministers of Trenton and Vicinity highly recommend Mercer Oaks Catering. Rev. Patricia Hall

My experience was so uplifting at preferred care. The staff was nice for the most part, Most importantly the recreation staff was absolutely amazing. Everything that I needed help with , they got it done with no problem. I feel rehabilitated as much as I can be right now. I feel like they helped me take the next step to getting around in my own home, with no problems. The food here was good and always on time. Only thing that I had a problem with is when they told me I was leaving.
