Prairie sunset home took care of my Grandpa. He enjoyed all the people there and there was always pleased with the care he received. And knowing my Grandpa that was know easy task. Grandpa received excellent PT and OT from Deb and Maggie many times and he really enjoyed giving the ST Tara a hard time. Everyone there went out there way to him feel out home! My family is so grateful all they did they did for him!

Awful experience, I arrived to see a family member that is a resident here and as I am walking to see my family member I hear this guy talking about some really nasty things! I don’t care what you do in your free time but I’m pretty sure all the old folks sitting around and my family member do NOT need to know about his sexual excursions. I am appalled that I had to hear it, and knowing that the residents also could hear him - disgusting and disrespectful, this is Their home NOT his and for him to discuss his sexual orientation activities is very offensive.

My favorite skilled nursing home! The staff work so collaboratively with each other and they make it such a warm and caring place to be.
