my mom was here for rehab with a hip fracture. she was unable to walk well. i told her the only way she would be able to come home and be successful was if she was able to walk on her own. i work during the day and leaving her home unable to walk was alarming for me. this was the second facility i had spoke with about my mom staying at. she needed OT/PT. with reservations because of the reviews i still decided to go with this facility and i am glad that i did. they were very thorough with my mom, very careful but stern with making sure she got her needed therapy. i knew she would need the rest and rehabilitation to help gain strength and mobility, and that is what she got. they were welcoming and assured me that she was gonna be ok. my mom went into the facility in a wheelchair and came out using her walker. we know the road ahead is long for a full recovery but right now i am proud of what she has accomplished. thank you all.

I have had two grandparents, an aunt and now my mother at this facility. They have all received very well care. The staff are very friendly and admissions was awesome. They stayed late with me and made sure all of their paperwork was done, literally stayed late and made sure every thing was ok and we did not have to worry about anything. The therapy department worked hard with my mother to get her mobility back and the difference it has made is wonderful. We all have the skeptical moments to send our loved ones to nursing homes, but this place treated us like family. The administrator, Patti, was always sweet and if i had questions she was willing to find out my answers. This place became a home for me and the familiar faces became my friends. Thank you all for everything that you have done, will do and are doing for my family and the residents at the facility.

This facility was really good. My experience here was lovely. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Everyone that i encountered were friendly and to be honest they did not make me feel like i was at a nursing home. I enjoyed the residents and made new friends and that made my stay enjoyable. The administrator was always smiling when id see her and the social worker always answered my questions when i needed her. The kitchen manager was friendly and even assisted with second meals if i didnt like something. My nurses were friendly even though they had other patients and that is hard to come by. the therapy department pushed me to complete my daily exercises and they all were nice especially the indian lady and others. i also want to say that the activity department was great. the director and her partner always was helpful and had us entertained. the last party they threw for the birthdays she did so good. i have to say i love bingo now. thank you all for getting me through my stay and rehab. i would recommend this nursing home to anyone.

This place should be closed down. They didn't take care of my grandma good at all. She was walking when she went in. Now she is bed bond. They didn't take care of her hair or her skin. All her skin is peeling off her feet. She has sores in her head and scratches all on her back. She wear diapers now. She use to be able to go use the bathroom but they made her use diapers and stay in bed. They took her to the bank and cleaned out her entire account. They would release her. I asked to bring her home for a year. They wouldn't let me. I never met her Dr. They never called me for meetings, never updated me on her meds or health issues. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They wouldn't even give me the corporate number to file a complaint. Thank God she is finally home after a year in a half. I got my work cut out for me but she will get better with my help. NEVER BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!!!
