This is a beautiful, clean, well laid out facility. The staff seem upbeat and happy! The residents are so carefully cared for. Do you need transitional or long term care for you or your loved one? This is the place.

“I want to share my experience with Polaris Extended Care. Overall, it’s a wonderful place. My mother has been staying there for a month now after a month at Providence. I’ve seen the care they provide. Initially, I had some concerns that I struggled to get addressed not with the care but what is next. But once I connected with Princess, (in management) everything changed. She stepped in with empathy and efficiency, giving me peace of mind about my mother’s care. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares and have great staff that cares, I can say Polaris has shown me just that. The facility is clean, the food is good and I’ve seen the care firsthand. I’m thankful for how it turned out, and I’d absolutely recommend Polaris to anyone considering extended care for a loved one. Also it’s nice to have the patient with their own phone because the nurses are busy taken care of other residents and are limited. Thanks again Princess for choosing and keeping good staff🌹
