This place is horrible. The smell alone is enough to make you nauseous. It is a reflection of the leadership of the facility. Do not take your family members there.

I popped in today to visit a friend. Miss Peggy. And I was very impressed with this facility. The staff was very friendly. I gotta tell you there was abundance of staff. I was very impressed. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Don't waste ur money my father in law is there the foods terrible they charge way to much they screwed him over on his meds giving him to much ended up in hospital over the heart pills..the ppl in the laundry steal the resident things while they're saposed to b being washed,n now when he was takin to the hospital again we are his emergency contacts so why have they not called us we find out from other sources hes at hospital,,,ur family won't b cared for properly so don't waste ur time or money plz go some place else with ur loved ones,,and its drug infested folks outside smoking Crack n getting high ya not professional n def not impressed

If I could give this place no stars I would. This facility neglected my disabled mom. Leaving her in a dirty diapers, not bringing her food, being mean to her if she had an accident. They didn’t want to give her baths and left her in the shower for 2 hours alone. It was so sad, she came home a few years ago and now has PTSD.

This place is under new management. When I first arrived I was absolutely unsure. Now I can say I'm treated like family and the facility is a great option. The new director is really working hard to make this place a top facility and I have nothing but respect for her and all the nurses and aids and staff I've had the pleasure to interact with. If your looking for somewhere that does treat you like family and works hard to make sure your happy, it's here. While it's still getting things together I have no doubt this facility will thrive under its new director and all the staffing. I'm very happy to call this place home. I've never had any issues that staff didn't help me resolve immediately and staff has gone out of there way to make sure I feel like I'm safe at home. I appreciate all the love and support from the staff and making the best of my current situation. It's definitely worth giving a honest try because at least here your voice is heard.
