Went to the sales office to inquire about buying community owned homes that might need work. Angela Morningstar the Manager very rudely informed me they dont work with investors. Then I was told to leave the community immediately. Bad Form Angela. I work with many Parks to help rehab and sell homes in Senior Communities and she seems to frown on that.

Great community for adults. Rent lots are on the highish side but does include cable, internet and phone. Heated Pool is always kept nice... rec center is perfect for gather8ngs of all types.
