I like living here. I feel safe and at home. I feel as if I ever have a problem admin will take the time to listen and help sort it out with discretion. I appreciate the maintenance crew who are nice and treat everyone in a friendly helpful manner. I’ve made some good friends and at this time in my life am grateful to be here.

I enjoy senior living here. Close proxinity to light rail, theaters, concerts, medical, government, parades, farmers markets, the River, Old Sacramento and parks.

I have lived at Pioneer Towers for 17 months and thoroughly enjoy living here. The building is kept in a very clean condition, the staff are amazing and the apartment is spacious. I would recommend Pioneer Towers.

At a certain point, a few years ago, I found myself reaching out to complain a lot. Two voicemails, to robots, climbing up whatever chain of command it was to try and voice my complaints to a real person. It does something to the heart and soul when you get drawn into grievance and complaint And I found that happening to me. I made a deal with myself one day that I was going to start celebrating excellence and effort and the exquisite just aa often as I found myself complaining. Even if I had to go in search of those rare qualities. You don’t have to go in search of them if you are a resident living in Pioneer Towers. They are around you everywhere you look. Smiling back at you! In the lobby, in your apartment, in your interactions with staff, in the way everything is done. The commitment, Pioneer Towers has for excellence, the caring that they show to we who live here is absolutely phenomenal. I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart. This is a senior community. This is senior affordable housing. But I have to blink my eyes all the time & pinch myself to stop myself from thinking I’m living in a luxury hotel or afloat on a cruise ship. The building is impeccably, clean & pristinely kept up. There is a full staff to handle the various aspects of Pioneer Towers life. The folks who maintain the building are not only conscientious, they are wonderful ambassadors for the organization. Caring as much about each of us who live here as they do about the building’s upkeep. I could wax go on & on. But I think you get the idea. Pioneer Towers is absolutely one of the very best places I’ve ever lived. There’s just no words to express my gratitude.

Very pleasant and professional employees. Unit was immaculate when i moved in, staff very helpful during the process. Public areas are well maintained, especially the hallways, laundry room and elevators. Love the location! Looking forward to many years enjoying the views from my apartment!
