At first I thought it was a really good place. In the last couple of months my mom started calling me and complaining. The nurses even took the phone from her a couple of times and hung up on me. Then we decided to to move her out and the cups that she drank out of daily had mold in them! (She has Alzheimer’s) No I never checked the cups before they had lids on them. I shouldn’t have to check the cups! The floor was so sticky in her room that my sandals just kept sticking to them. Two weeks before I was in there and thought well something was spilled they will get it cleaned. The day we went in to get it was still sticky and worse than before. That place has really gone down hill in couple of months! To say I am disappointed is an understatement!

JUST EVERYBODY ON STAFF HAS BEEN PHENOMINAL. Getting mom adjusted to her new surroundings has been seamless. I do appreciate the kindness they showed mom and us. Thank you to everyone who understood the gravity of what our family is going through in making this transition feel less hurtful

If they can’t fend for themselves, DO NOT put your loved one here. My Aunt did nothing but decline completely once she arrived there. She was there for several months and developed one huge and many other bed sores because they did not get her out of bed. They did not shower or care for her properly. Her nails were probably 2 inches long when I discovered it underneath her hands which were all curled up. When she arrived there, she could use her hands. After not long, She was no longer able to do so. Someone stole her cell phone and her purse. Nothing was done about it. We believe it was one of the workers. The doctor put her on hospice, although we don’t believe she actually ever saw a real doctor in person. Only a nurse practitioner. Hospice was horrible. She was not getting proper nutrition or hydration. What else can I say, if you value their life, do not put them here, if they cannot care for themselves. We recently moved my Aunt and she is already doing much better!! 😊🙏Also, they found out, we were moving her, which took 2-3weeks. They stopped caring for her wounds completely, lying to us about it, and we don’t believe she had had a shower in several weeks, and possibly even months. This place should be prosecuted for elder abuse!!
