My Aunt's husband was unable to visit on Mother's Day. She got ready to go to the dining room. They refused to let her go since she didn't have family there. She had to sit in her room with a tray & cold coffee. She was so upset she couldn't eat. How sad. She pays a lot of money to stay there. She should have been able to go to the dining room. A sad day anyway that her children couldn't be there, made completely depressing. That was so disgraceful.

I don’t even know where to start. My grandpa was moved to Life Care in Oct of 2025 on hospice. While he was there, he was treated with respect, love, and like family to each staff member we ever came across. If I ever had any concerns regarding my grandpa they were addressed immediately and I always received a phone call back. I really enjoyed the Angel Program that Life Care has. Cora was grandpa’s angel from the start and was truly an angel to me. She always answered questions, asked questions and address concerns. Thank you Life Care for make the end of days for my grandpa a wonderful experience!!!

I just would like to do a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the staff and administration at Life Care Center in Brookfield. Goodness, from the very first encourter with their staff administrator I was so pleased the way they communicated and felt so at ease. I didn't feel like "asking a question" I was a bother. I felt like they really cared about us. I needed to use them for the rehab for my sister and everyone was so very kind. Very helpful. Very pleasant to my sister. She actually told me everyone (wish i could name names) was so kind and helpful to her. From the check in there to the stay there to getting her back home was nothing but a five star place for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this care Center. This is never an easy job to do or work at but man these people care which is so hard to find these day. Keep up the great work Life Care we are so blessed to have a place like this to help our loved ones
